When I got home I called my dealership Ettleson and the service dept explained what was going on and if I needed to bring it in they would look at it right now. Our new 2011 Santa fe is the second Hyundai we have purchased from Ettleson Hyundai. Last year we purchased a new 2010 Hyundai Elantra touring. These are the first automobiles we have purchased from Ettleson and both times Elizabeth Nosaka was our sales person. She is a remarkable individual...........friendly, helpful, honest. I would purchase all my future cars from Ettleson and i have encouraged friends and family to also purchase from Ettleson. Ettleson Hyundai is at the top of their game. I can think of no improvements that are needed at this time

The finance manager was one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with. He explained everything to me in great detail. He took his time to go over all of the finance options with me, which made me feel very comfortable in my decision. He was a very trust worthy and genuinely nice guy.

Bob Dinella made our car buying experience very easy! I have been shopping at different Hyundai dealers for the 2012 Hyundai accent hatchback and did not have a good experience. At one dealer the salesperson asked me for a down payment just to test drive the car. A friend recommended Tommy Hollingsworth to me he is honest and trustworthy. I explained to him that I was on a budget and both Tommy and the sales manager helped me with the finance until we reached the payment I was comfortable with. Overall I had excellent experience and have recommend Tommy with all my friends and family. I've had the car for one month and I love everything about it, especially all the money I'm saving in gas.

Everyone at the dealership were friendly and pleasant and our salesman was awesome. We had gone to Happy Hyundai were we were VERY UNHAPPY. The salesmen at Happy Hyundai were snotty and arrogant, and that visit is what sent us to the dealership where we purchased the car.

Our sales associate was extremely helpful and made us to feel the center of his focus. I liked almost everything about the Santa Fe but something was missing and I wasn't sure what it was. Ultimately I realized I really wanted a model with a sunroof. Bob was quick with, "Let's put one in!" Really, that easy? I was impressed. He made all the arrangements for us and then followed through to check our satisfaction. I look forward to a long relationship with Ettleson Hyundai.

This was the 3rd Hyundai dealership I visited to price vehicles. My sales person, Mr. Dorian Speiser was excellent to work with. He even took the time to give my wife and I a tour of your facility, and he introduced us to the Service Manager, who answered my wife?s repair questions. (She has a 2010 Azera, which we will now bring here for service.) It was a very pleasant experience.

Based on our experience at this dealership and our great satisfaction with the Sonata to date (this is the first time we purchased anything other than a "big three" vehicle), we would not hesitate to direct friends interested in a Hyundai to this dealer. Our salesman, Bob Dinella, is the type of person one would enjoy doing business with. We did not have as good an experience with the people at the Ford, Chevy and Nissan dealers we visited while debating what to purchase.

Salesman retrieved items I forgot to take from trade-in auto. Winter rubber floor mat had about 4 years of dirt and grime on it. I called salesman to retrieve it and when I when to dealership to pick it up the next day it had been cleaned and looked brand new. What a wonderful unexpected service by ETTLESON staff. Also the salesman, Joe Tornabeni was very polite, helpful and not pushy. Really enjoyed buying the Azera.

Since this is our third vehicle purchased from this dealership-we are always pleased with the sales team and service dept and entire staff. U r always welcomed as u walk in the door no matter who u r or if this is ur first visit to ur third visit. Please note u r not stared as u walk in -u r greeted with smiles and a relaxed feeling. I particularly appreciated the fact that the total time it took to complete the sale and get the car was the shortest time I've ever spent purchasing a car from a dealer. The business manager who took care of the paperwork was also one of the best that I've ever dealt with - brief, covered all important and basic info clearly. The sales person followed my lead and adapted quickly to all requests. If I'm as pleased with the service department, in the future, you've got a customer for life.

It was a great car-buying experience. They even allowed me to walk out the door without buying, saying that if I could get a better deal elsewhere, to go for it. I then went home and looked up the Consumers Union suggested "fair price" on my computer and found that it was within a few dollars of the dealer quote (less than $50.00) I immediately phoned back to the salesman to tell him I would be back within the hour to close the sale. I went to 2 different Hyundai dealerships. Happy Hyundai and Ettleson. Ettleson won by hands down. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You ask the question about did they show you the inventory of cars to select from. Your cars are going so fast; they can't keep up with sales let alone an inventory. When I walked into Ettleson I saw the car I wanted in the show room and bought. There were no other cars like it in inventory, which I would say is good.

Joe was very friendly and courteous. We drove 2 vehicles before deciding on the Sonata. While waiting for a test drive car, Joe explained some of the features on the Sonata and encouraged us to play around with the radio, lights, seats, etc. He made the whole experience pleasant.

I was very concerned about purchasing a new car since it was 5 years since my last car payment. The salesperson and the finance person made it workable and not so overwhelming. They gave good advice and even made it possible to purchased the additional warranty, which makes me feel more comfortable and secure with my new Hyundai. I just absolutely love my new Sonata. Driving this car is like living a dream. When I first heard about this car being out there, I knew immediately that this would definitely be my next car. I'm a big car buff, but that didn't matter in this case. There were a few other times when I had a Sonata for a loaner. Even those, which were a year or two older, were awesome to drive. Hyundai has improved all their vehicles quite a bit. I've heard that Sonatas have always been a big seller for Hyundai. I'm impressed with the improved gas mileage on these current Sonatas. The mileage is almost the same as my old Accent. My salesperson was just absolutely wonderful. I just heard the other day when I went to a restaurant, the hostess was in the market for a new car. I suggested Hyundai to her. If I hear anybody talk about looking for a new car, I'll definitely recommend Hyundai to them as well. For the amount of car you get, and especially for the warranty coverage you get, why go with anything else!

We received other on-line quotes and phone quotes from other dealerships, but we really appreciated the on-line quote put into a chart format. Having the quote put into a chart format, it was very simple and clear to read and understand the price, tax, etc., and we were very happy to have it.
